RDV24

Terms of use

Who we are

These terms govern use of RDV24, operated by Pragmatict SRL, a Belgian company, at rdv24.be and on RDV24 mini-sites. We do not publish a company number, VAT number, or postal address on this website. Contact Pragmatict SRL, Belgium, through rdv24.be.

By accessing or using the service you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that business.

The service

RDV24 lets a Belgian merchant publish a mini-site (a public “vitrine”) with information about their business. Booking is optional: the merchant may enable an online agenda so visitors can request a reservation. Google Calendar is also optional: if the merchant connects their Google account, we create, update, and delete events on the calendar they choose so those reservations appear in that calendar.

Features may change, be limited, or be withdrawn as we develop the product. We do not warrant that the service is uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular commercial result.

Accounts and access

You must provide accurate information and keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account and under any RDV24 admin access you control. We may suspend or refuse access where we reasonably believe these terms, the law, or the security of the service is at risk.

Merchant content and legal notices

Merchants are solely responsible for the content they publish or upload (texts, photos, prices, hours, menus, claims about their business) and for complying with the laws that apply to them, including consumer, advertising, health, and e-commerce rules. That includes displaying their own legal notices, contact details, and any privacy information their visitors need. RDV24 supplies a generic mentions page for the mini-site; it does not replace the merchant’s own obligations.

You must have the rights to the material you upload. You grant Pragmatict SRL a limited licence to host, display, and process that material solely to operate the service you requested.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to:

Bookings and third-party services

A booking made on an RDV24 mini-site is an arrangement between the visitor and the merchant, not a contract with Pragmatict SRL. We provide the software that records the request and, where enabled, sends a confirmation email or SMS and syncs an event to Google Calendar. The merchant remains responsible for honouring, changing, or refusing reservations and for handling the guest’s personal data as an independent controller of that relationship where applicable.

Google, Convex, Cloudflare, Resend, and Twilio are third-party services. Their own terms apply to the extent you interact with them. Optional Google Calendar connection requires the merchant’s Google consent; we do not receive the merchant’s Google password.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by Belgian law, Pragmatict SRL is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of business arising from use of the service, including missed reservations, calendar sync failures, hosting interruptions, or content published by a merchant.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under Belgian law, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where such a limit would be unlawful.

We are not certified by any third-party quality, security, or privacy scheme, and you should not rely on these pages as a certification.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page will change when we do. We may stop providing all or part of the service, or end a merchant site, with reasonable notice where practicable. You may stop using the service at any time and may ask us to disconnect Google Calendar from an RDV24 site.

Belgian law and courts

These terms are governed by Belgian law. If an amicable solution cannot be reached, the Belgian courts have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer venue rules that may apply to an individual acting as a consumer.
